The Costa del Sol is one of the best places in the world to live. Since 2018, we’ve called this corner of Andalusia home. We know what it feels like to start over somewhere new, and we know exactly what it takes to make it work.
We are Jan and Oscar. We started this agency in 2020 with a simple purpose: to share the quality of life we found on the Costa del Sol with people from all over the world.
Between us, we’ve lived in the Canary Islands, Prague, and now Málaga. We’ve travelled extensively — learning about different architectures, cultures, and ways of living. That experience shaped the way we work with our clients. We don’t see a transaction. We see a person making one of the biggest decisions of their life, often in a country that isn’t their own.
We speak multiple languages and come from different nationalities — which means we don’t just translate words, we translate context. We understand what international buyers and sellers actually need: honest advice, clear communication, and someone in their corner from day one.

Jan brings an international perspective shaped by years of traveling and living across Europe. Before settling on the Costa del Sol in 2018, he lived in Scotland, Canary Islands and Prague. He is patient, detail-oriented, and known for making complex processes feel straightforward.
Oscar Caceres Ruiz
Oscar grew up with a passport in hand and a curiosity for how people live differently around the world. That curiosity became a career skill. Since moving to the Costa del Sol in 2018, he’s become deeply connected to the region and passionate about helping others discover what makes it so special.

Nothing. As a buyer, our service is completely free to you. We are compensated by the seller through the standard commission process. You get full support at zero cost.
